Ponte Vedra Mindfulness
Free and open to all, the Ponte Vedra Mindfulness community has been meeting since September 2018 to explore and practice mindfulness meditation and its applications in daily life.
The original Nocatee Mindfulness Meditation Group began with an interested group of Nocatee residents in the Fall of 2018 and has met throughout 2019. We have expanded and are now open to the entire Northeastern Florida Community!
Many thanks and bows to St. Francis in the Fields Episcopal Church for allowing us to use their facilities as our temporary home before the COVID-19 Pandemic. We are now solely online!
